Monkey bread

Ingredients
500 g flour
15 g fresh yeast or 4 g dry (1 package)
2 tbsp lukewarm water
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
175g butter
250 ml milk

Method
Mix yeast with water. Salt and sugar are mixed in a bowl. In the hot melt milk 125 g of the butter and poured into a sugar and salt. Stir to dissolve. Monkey bread is with many additives and fillers, and see korneliq has put an option. This one is without any additives, only the main dough. I really like caramel, I tried it and so.
