Ingredients
5-6 red peppers - raw or roasted
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp soda
salt
pepper
cumin
parsley

Method
Peppers finely. Add eggs, flour, spices and water to obtain a dough having a density of cake batter. Spoon the mixture is placed in hot sunflower oil and fry.
