Sponge cake Annie

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1 tbsp cocoa
vanilla
Method
Beat with a mixer 2 whole eggs and 4 egg yolks with 1 cup sugar, add sequentially 4 tbsp sunflower oil and 1 cup flour. In another bowl whisk 4 whites with 1/2 cup sugar and add 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 1/2 cup flour. Shaped cake poured half yellow mixture, sprinkle with walnuts and cocoa, then pour the white mixture. Again sprinkle with walnuts and cocoa, and pour in the rest of the yellow dough. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C on the lower combustion oven for 15 minutes at 160 C in the upper combustion doizpichame further 10 minutes at the lower and upper combustion oven. Once cool, pour the chocolate glaze: 2 tbsp cocoa, 4 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp milk, boiled on a hot plate for 2-3 minutes. In the cake not put raising agent.
