3-4 onions
3-4 peppers
250 g fresh mushrooms
sunflower oil for parzhene
parsley

Method
The meat is cut into pieces and marinate for at least 2 hours. Drain from the marinade and fry until meat is browned, add the sliced mushrooms and continue frying until the juice is evaporated from the mushrooms. Add the onion cut into crescents. Ksogato everything begins to fry, add chopped peppers sticks, fry are a few more minutes, the pod must remain crunchy. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.

We were very tasty, swapped peppers with carrot! :) For garnish: zucchini with rice :)
