Ingredients
4 peaches
120 g sugar
the juice of 1 lemon
Method
Sugar is vazvaryava 3/4 cup (150 ml) of water, boil 5 minutes, after which the syrup is cooled. Peeled peaches are pressed or processed with a mixer, add the lemon juice immediately and sugar syrup mixture is poured into ice bowls, place in the freezer and freeze for 2 hours. Ice cream mix and re-freeze. Once the ice cream is ready to leave in the fridge.
