Acute bitter sauce for all meat dishes

Ingredients
8 tbsp (80 g) of yogurt or sour cream
4 tbsp (40 g) mustard
3 eggs
2 apples
1/2 onion
3-4 drops of wine
3-4 drops of broth
salt
Method
Apples and onions are cleaned and finely grate grater. Rub through a sieve and mixed with hard-boiled egg yolks. To the resulting puree add the yogurt, mustard, wine, broth and salt to taste.
