Ingredients
100 g butter
75 g of powdered sugar
100 g almonds
3/4 cup (150 g) flour
vanilla powder 1
1 yolk
pinch of baking soda
1 egg
almonds for decoration
Method
Softened butter stirred to foam, add the sugar, then egg yolks. Sift the flour with the baking soda, add peeled, finely grated almonds and beaten butter, then make dough. Allow about an hour to rest, rolled on sheet, 0.5 cm thick, cut flowers shapes, coated with beaten egg, each flower pins mate scalded and peeled almonds and bake in a hot oven to pinking.
