Amber layered cake with walnut cream

Ingredients
# For the base:
5 eggs
250 g sugar
250 g flour
10 g baking powder
# for walnut cream:
200 ml milk
2 cup ground walnuts
50 g of sugar - for caramelization
# Pearl Cream:
125 g butter
100 ml milk
150 g sugar
Method
Base: Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Egg whites with sugar crash of snow. Add the egg yolks. Then the flour, together with the baking powder while stirring with a spoon. Bake in greased with oil and sprinkled with flour baking in a moderate oven. Once cool the base is cut into two parts with a sharp knife or thread. Walnut cream: caramel, add the milk and let it boil until the caramel is melted. Add the walnuts, stir well and leave to cool. Pearl Cream: dissolving sugar in chilled milk. Beat the butter with a mixer, such as drop by drop add sweetened milk. Mix the two cream gently stirring with a spoon. Assemble the cake: Optional syrup can the bases with syrup of your choice (caramel or another ). Blind cake with cream and top it also spreads it. Watered with chocolate or with crushed caramel (caramelized nuts). Decorate optional and leave to cool.
