Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
500 g marinated mushrooms
3 onions
200 g ham
3 yolks
salt
sunflower oil
pepper

Method
Cook potatoes and cut into slices. Onions cut into slices and fry. Add the mushrooms, cut into slices, ham, cut into strips or cubes and spices. In a greased tray is stacked row potatoes, stuffing line and so alternate to finish the products. Top, pour the beaten egg yolks and bake in a moderate oven until ready.
