Baked Meatballs with mustard

Ingredients
500 g minced meat mixture
1 cup tomato paste
1 cup cooked peas
1 cup mushrooms
2 links green onions
1/2 bunch parsley
3 tbsp sunflower oil
50 g butter
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp of wine of your choice
cumin, black pepper, oregano, salt

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with spices. In clay pot becomes heated the oil. Shaped balls, roll in flour rank in court. After 5 minutes in the gaps between them put chopped onions, mushrooms, peas, parsley. Pour in the broth with fuzzy tomato paste. On each meatball put lump butter. Replace the lid and bake at 200 C for 40 minutes. Dissolve the mustard in the wine pour and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.

It is really fast and I guess delicious!

It was very tasty cooked meal. I added a little more broth. Fat may decrease by half, because the meatballs and also put me, personally came maznichka.
