Ingredients
6 bananas
100 g sugar
100 ml cherry compote (juice only)
60 g biscuits
150 ml cream
Method
Bananas Peel and smash mashed. Biscuits are irrigated with half of cherry juice mixed with 1 tbsp water. The cream was stirred with sugar and mixed with banana puree, adding and remaining juice. Biscuits are arranged vertically on the walls of oiled cookie cutter like a crown, and in the middle pour the cream. Cake is left in the cold to tighten.
