Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 egg
little chopped parsley
pepper
slices of bread

Method
Mix the minced meat with egg and spices. Cut the slices of triangles. Each triangle spreads on both sides with the mixture. Bake in a hot frying pan. Ready to toast you can add sliced tomatoes.

I've done something similar, but covering the slices on one side only. Very tasty it, next time I'll try and thus. Thanks for the idea!
