Boiled rabbit

Ingredients
600 g of meat (front and rear legs) of rabbit
1 onion
200 g butter
1 cup red wine
1 tbsp vinegar
3-5 tbsp breadcrumbs
parsley
salt
pepper
bay leaf
Method
The meat is lightly salt it, sprinkle with finely chopped onion and pour the wine and vinegar. After 2 hours, add hot water, enough to cover the meat and then boil over medium heat. When the meat is almost tender, add the paprika and bay leaf, which boil over low heat for another ten minutes. Boiled meat is boned and returned to the strained sauce. Breadcrumbs put in melted butter and fry on low heat for 5-6 minutes, then mix with finely chopped parsley. This mixture is sprinkled allocation of portions of meat.
