Bok Choy with soy sauce

Ingredients
9-10 small Chinese cabbage Bok Choi (Baby bok choy)
2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
a few drops of sesame sunflower oil

Method
Cabbage wash, discard the leaves and cut into in large pieces. Garlic cut into thin slices and grated ginger grater in large pieces. In a saucepan becomes heated olive oil in it for about a minute fry garlic and ginger - to become aromatic. Add chopped bok Choi, soy sauce and sugar. Mix well and Cover for 3-4 minutes to choke. Open the pot and leave for a few minutes the water is evaporated. Remove from heat, add sesame sunflower oil and stir. Serve warm.

I had not seen this vegetable-flavored cabbage is it?

It is generally close to the taste of cabbage leaves are soft, such as lettuce, so do not need much cooking.

Thanks for the information from uncle google I found that there are many healthy ingredients here and it will go into Bd. I'll do it, go to Favorites.
