Ingredients
4 chicken legs
1 bay leaf
5-6 peppercorns
3 Allspice
1 small onion
2-3 eggs
Flour
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil for frying
lemon
Method
Legs are cooked with onion, coarsely chopped, allspice, pepper and salt. Then boned or Oval goals in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and egg in again. Fried to form a crispy crust. Serve with lemon and mashed potatoes.
