Cake with carrots and tuna

Ingredients
3 eggs
150 g flour
5 g baking powder
100 ml olive oil
120 ml milk
300 g carrots
200 g of drained canned tuna
1 tbsp of the mix of spices grains
(cloves, coriander, fennel seeds, cumin,
fenugreek, mustard, a small piece of cinnamon)
pepper, salt

Method
The spices are roasted on the stove in a dry pan, then grind. The eggs are broken and them gradually add olive oil, milk, spices, salt and flour with baking powder. After a homogeneous mixture, add grated carrots and mashed tuna. Pour into greased pan or shape and bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees.
