Vegan vine dolmas with lemon

Ingredients
vine leaves (fresh or canned)
1 cup Rice
2-3 onions, chopped
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tbsp dill, chopped
mint, salt, pepper
2-3 lemons

Method
Washed vine leaves are steamed in boiling water. Fry onions until browned in 1/2 cup sunflower oil, and rice are added and mixed thoroughly. Add 2 1/2 cups water and all spices. The resulting mixture should boil water until absorbed moderate stove. Then put it in 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each sheet and rolled small, tight dolmaschki. Arranged tightly in a saucepan and add the oil (half cup), a little salt (optional), hot water to cover the dolmas and lemon juice. Cover with a plate and boiled until there are fat (at least 30 minutes). Serve warm with egg-lemon sauce or cold, garnished with lemon slices.
