Ingredients
washers carp
1 onion
1 head of garlic
1-2 carrot
200-250 g of fresh mushrooms
lovage, bay leaf, black pepper, salt
sunflower oil
white wine
water

Method
The fish is salted for at least 30 minutes before baking. Arrange in a greased, so tray washers to cover the bottom. Sprinkle with pepper and lovage. On washers messy onion, chopped freckles, garlic, cloves, not stripped and pre-washed, mushrooms, cut into slices, carrot - in large pieces. Pour white wine to the middle of the pulley and put the bay leaf. Bake at 200C degrees for 50-60 minutes.
