Carrot pancakes with cottage cheese

Ingredients
200 ml milk
130 g flour
2 carrots
200 g cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Carrots grate finely grater. Adding the remaining products. Stir well until uniform dough. The dough was allowed to rest 20 minutes. Fry on medium heat.
