Chicken fillets with cornflakes oven
500 g chicken fillet
seasoning for chicken Pikantina or other spices of your choice
300 ml milk
flour for rolling
2 tbsp soy sauce

Chicken fillet is cut into pieces / size and shape of your choice /. Sprinkle with Pikantina, pour half milk and soy sauce and leave in refrigerator for several hours. Cornflakes is broken by hand not many tiny pieces. Chicken pieces are rolled in flour, dip in the remaining milk and rolled in cornflakes, compressing nice to him. Arrange on baking paper and bake in a preheated 200C oven for 20-30 minutes.
