Chicken hearts with vegetables

Ingredients
500 g chicken hearts
500 g frozen mix vegetables
1 cup wine
1 bunch green onions
salt, pepper
parsley
Method
Chicken hearts are cut in half and boil in salted water. Chop and fry in a little oil, add chicken hearts. Stew 2-3 minutes. Add frozen vegetables. Once thawed added wine. Flavor is. Cook until the wine to boil off. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
