Chicken Moroccan

Ingredients
1 chicken
8 carrots
2 onions
5-6 cloves garlic
1 bunch parsley
1 lemon (with peel)
100 g olives
black pepper, cumin, salt
Method
Chicken is cleared and cut into portions. Put it in the heated sunflower oil and fry. As fry the meat is put pre-cut carrots, onions and olives. Allow to stew with a little water. When everything is tender, put salt, pepper and cumin (to taste). Finally, add the garlic, parsley and lemon.
