Colorful rice with ham

Ingredients
250 g rice
200 g ham
100 g peas
1 carrot
1 onion
50 ml sunflower oil
salt
Colorful rice with ham

Method
Onion and carrot finely and sauté with rice until tender. Then place in a pan, add the peas, the oil, salt, make up water and bake (rice should remain juicy). When ready add the diced ham.

Can not bake, but to boil over low heat. Both options give deliciously dish that can be used for furniture and alone.

Thank you Ina! I prefer to cook rice than to brew. So are less likely to become mushy.
