Cream nettle soup with cream

Ingredients
500 g nettle
1 onion
2 carrots
vegetable broth 1
200 ml cream for cooking
2 potatoes
pepper, salt

Method
Chop finely . Potatoes and carrots grated. Then fry the vegetables together with the washed and dried nettle. Vegetable broth was dissolved in 300 ml warm water and poured into the pan with the vegetables and boil for 10-15 minutes. The finished soup grind with a blender along with cream. Seasoned with salt and pepper.
