Cream soup of nettles with dry peppers

Ingredients
1 kg nettle
4-5 dry peppers
oil
1 tbsp flour
1 egg
savory
pepper
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Nettle well washed and clean, boil 15 minutes in salted water, drain and crushed with a wooden spoon. Finished puree pour 5 cups salted water. Add 4-5 dry red peppers. Once cooked, the scales are cleared and Chopped vegetables again returned to the soup. Add 3 tbsp sunflower oil, a little savory and paprika. Soup thickened with 1 tbsp flour a little fuzzy in hot water. Before turning off kotlonat to it add 1 beaten egg, which must be crossed. Finally soup flavored with ground black pepper and crushed parsley.

Excellent soup! After taking away the already finished soup from the heat put crumbled cheese. Kto Parwan spring soup has no substitute and another is very useful and no chemicals (from E001 to E 999, etc. ). Worth. Opitaite! You will love it. (If you do not have dried pepper pritesnyavaite can not do without it:-)).
