Dolmas with prunes and bulgur

Ingredients
700-800 g of cabbage leaves sauerkraut
150 g of prunes
250 g bulgur
2 large onions
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp savory
1 tbsp red pepper
salt, pepper

Method
The bulgur clean, wash and soak in cold water for 1 hour. Prunes are cleaned from the stones, cut and soaked in hot water for 1 hour. Sour cabbage leaves are cleaned by thick veins. Chopped onion fry in the oil. Add the drained bulgur and stew 2-3 minutes. Add spices, prunes and 1 cup hot water. Stew until absorb the water. Twist dolmas size of your choice. Arrange in a saucepan. Pour 1 cup cabbage juice and 1 cup hot water. Cook over low heat until ready. Serve with fried flights sunflower oil with red pepper.

You, of course. But with sauerkraut bulgur becomes - delicious.
