Egg salad with onions and mayonnaise

Ingredients
5 eggs
1-2 leeks onion
300-350 ml mayonnaise
salt, pepper

Method
Boil the eggs and leave to cool. Leeks cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and crushed to soften. Eggs are cut into small cubes and mix with chopped leeks confused with mayonnaise and pepper. Allow to stand for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Yesterday I was visiting and had such a salad and pretty much liked

Do this salad, but instead put eggs cheese. It is very tasty. I guess in combination with eggs will be even better - mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, leeks - perfect winter combination -hem tasty, yet useful :). Tonight already have made this salad, but now will boil two eggs and add them.
