False lasagna pasta

Ingredients
300 g macaroni
400 g minced meat, bacon, skinless sausages or ham
1 onion
1 head garlic
500 ml tomato sauce
1 tbsp flour
500 ml milk
100 g processed cheese
cheese optional
spices of your choice

Method
Boil macaroni in salted water. After taking boil, rinse with cold water and place in a glass dish. Preparation of basic sauce: onion stew and add to it minced meat, which stir the pot chopped (can be added and mushrooms). After mince well pozaparzhi pour tomato sauce, add the garlic, finely chopped. Salt and spices add optional. Resulting sauce boil about 15 minutes, then poured into Jena court in pasta. Sauce mix well with pasta and court aside. Preparation of the topping: In a small fat fry flour until golden, then stirring continuously, add the milk until a not very thick sauce. To the resulting sauce is added to processed cheese, and the mixture was stirred until its melting. Melted cheese sauce thickens further. After melt the feta cheese, the sauce is ready and it pour pasta, mixed with tomatoes. Spoon make wells in the pasta, so that the white sauce to come down a little to the pasta, but most of it has to remain on top. Optional finally can be sprinkled with grated cheese. Once everything is added, Jena vessel was capped with a lid and bake in the oven at 200 C for not more than 30 minutes.

Eli, I know as lazy lasagna, but his real name is Pastitsio. Very often it ready, because my son loves it. I recommend it to you girls!

We really liked the taste, but do not put a lid. Milk replace it with yogurt and melted cheese with a simple-cow. I added only three eggs and sprinkled with cheese.
