Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
jam spreads optional
Method
All products are consistently mixed, the dough is poured in a buttered baking dish and bake. Optional, after being baked is coated on top with jam.
