Ingredients
1 chicken
1/3 cup rice
salt, pepper, parsley
sunflower oil for frying
# breading:
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
Method
Boil chicken and boning. In broth boil the rice and add to the boned and chopped chicken sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Knead everything and do as walnut balls, dip each ball in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and fry in very preheated oil.
