Fried grated cheese

Ingredients
400 g feta cheese
8 tbsp fresh milk
4 eggs
4 tomatoes
5-6 scallions
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
4 tsp vegetable oil
a few drops of lemon juice
120 g butter
pinch of salt
Method
Finely chopped onion and parsley Add salt, scatter with lemon juice and vegetable oil and distributed in dishes which will be served dish. On them are the slices of tomato, slightly savory. Eggs are broken milk them and add the grated feta cheese. The mixture fry in hot butter, remove with latticed spoon and place on tomato slices. Suitable added to the dish is cooked and then fried potatoes.
