Method
Hare is divided into portions. Boil in salted water with bay leaf. For faster used the pressure cooker. Once the meat has cooled down, portions (I obezkostih meat) is rolled in flour, in beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and then in breadcrumbs. Leave to stand for 15-20 minutes to allow breadcrumbs to take the eggs and to prevent burning quickly when frying. breaded meat fry in heated sunflower oil and place on kitchen paper to absorb the fat. For a milky-mayonnaise sauce mix yogurt, mayonnaise, blend garlic, finely chopped dill and salt. Optional can add a little lemon juice or finely chopped pickles. When serving portions pour the sauce. * Sources: http://biblioteka.biberonbg.com/bookcontents.php?page=134§ion=3&viewis=&username= and http: //gotvim.com/recipe.php?id=84
