Hearts skinless sausages with egg and cheese

Ingredients
5 skinless sausages
5 eggs
100 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
60 g butter

Method
The skinless sausages are peeled and cut lengthwise in one end leaving about 3 cm, without cutting. Folds as hearts and all pinned onto a toothpick. So shaped hearts are arranged in a baking dish greased with butter. Separately, whisk the eggs and mix with crumbled feta cheese, grated cheese and melted butter. Filled in the gap of hearts with this mixture and bake in a moderate oven.

I also do them, but I do hearts with 1 egg and do them in the microwave ...

Quick, easy and delicious. Peknah them in the halogen oven upper grill for 15 minutes at 200 degrees and the result is great. Angie Bravo! I applied and pictures.

to me I always broke sausages on one side kogatogo it prigavam. Ask me what to do to not happen?

Joanna, me break only one number and noticed that this happens because it stsepih very close to its end, but when I put 2-3 cm nestsepeni as written and the author of the recipe is given perfect hearts.
