Hen with white wine

Ingredients
800 g chicken or chicken
root parsley
onion
celery
mushrooms
80 ml white wine
lemon juice
2 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
parsley
butter or sunflower oil
Method
Chicken, cleaned and washed, put in a container on a portion of chopped aromatic roots. Add the broth from the boiled mushrooms, wine and salt. The rest of the aromatic roots, celery and onions, chopped, sauté in fat, sprinkle with toasted flour, pepper and lemon juice and add to the chicken. Stew until soft. Ready chicken cut into portions, pour the strained with sauce and garnish with fried potatoes.
