Jam crushed prunes

Ingredients
5 kg plums
2.5 kg sugar
10 grains cloves
2-3 pieces of orange peel
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp citric acid

Method
Wash the plums and remove the stones . Grind in the machine for meat and boiled in a wide pan with 1/2 cup water, sugar, cloves, orange peel and cinnamon until thickened. During the boiling mixture stirring continuously with a wooden spoon. Before downloading from the heat and add citric acid. Packed in jars and boil 10 minutes.
