Jam peach - I type

Ingredients
3 kg peaches
2 kg of sugar
5 g citric acid

Method
Are selected healthy ripe peaches and hard. Washed with tap water and peel (or a thin blade, or immersed in boiling water, then cooled and peeled). Sectioned into quarters. Dust with sugar and remain for about 6-7 hours, and then placed on the fire and boiled for about 10 minutes. Take off for 4-5 hours and again dovaryavat to the required density of the syrup. A few minutes before removing from heat add citric acid. Hot, sweet is packed in dry jars and sealed with lids. Jars turn the cap down to complete cooling.

It was a great meal! But I added a 150-200 ml rum.

Just to add that I do not boil twice, but only once. Let peaches drizzled for a nosh and then boiled sweet, but the taste is wonderful ...

Tony, the purpose of the interruption peaches soaking better with sugar syrup. But as it is done, important is the final result, while you see that it is great :)
