Kazakhstani tea

Ingredients
2 tbsp (20 g) of tea
500 ml water
500 ml sweetened cream or milk

Method
Tea, pour boiling water. After about 3 minutes, is added Whipping Cream. Mix and immediately strain into another container, and then again returns to the first vessel to be thoroughly mixed. After 2 minutes, it is ready for serving.
