Lamb shish kebab liver

Ingredients
lamb
lamb liver
veil
chitterlings
salt
pepper
pepper
butter
Method
On a large skewer stringing pieces of liver alternating with pieces of lamb . Everything is pre-salted and sprinkled with salt, pepper and paprika. As ranked spit, all wrapped in veils 2-3 and top wrap raw lamb chitterlings. Spread with butter and rotates on fire, so to bake evenly.
