Lamb stew

Ingredients
1 kg lamb
100 g bacon
4 spring onions links
3 links fresh garlic
salt, paprika, pepper
sunflower oil
Method
The meat and bacon cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with pepper and leave to cool for 1 hour to absorb the flavor. Onions and garlic finely. The bottom of the clay casseroles put bacon. On it is arranging a layer of garlic and onions. Put the meat on top and cover with garlic and onions. Sprinkle with red pepper and pour a mixture of water, sunflower oil and salt. Cover with a lid. Place in the oven to bake at moderate heat until full mode. The dish must remain just fat.
