Meatloaf in cabbage leaves

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 egg
1 onion
1 slice of bread soaked in milk
spices - cumin, black pepper, savory
1 boiled egg
1 boiled carrot
50 g of cooked peas
4-5 with. l. breadcrumbs
parsley
5-6 large leaves of sauerkraut

Method
Cabbage leaves boil for about 10 minutes. During this time, prepare minced meat, her mixed with egg, onion, bread, spices and parsley. Dough is nice and put in refrigerator to harden slightly. Cabbage leaves carefully arrange each other or at your convenience to be able then to curl nice. Cabbage put on a little bread crumbs, put the minced meat, top arrange cubes carrot, peas, egg rings, sprinkle with a little sunflower oil on the egg and put a little red pepper. Rolled up, sprinkle top with remaining bread crumbs, put the roll on a baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven until ready.

Instead of cabbage leaves it wrapped in roasted red peppers;)

not very good and so I tried, I really like fancy things while my home many sided view of things.
