Stuffed mushrooms with melted cheese

Ingredients
7-8 field mushrooms
200-250 g processed cheese (natural)
1 tbsp grated or finely chopped salami ham
parsley
2 tbsp margarine or butter
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Mushrooms must have a diameter of no more than 6-7 cm, if you are smaller you will need more mushrooms. Mushrooms are washed and carefully remove stumps. Stumps are cut very finely. In a bowl put processed cheese and creases, add the sausage, chopped parsley and chopped stalks, mix well. With the finished mixture is stuffed mushrooms, without overflow must be equal, smoothing them with a spoon. The butter is melted and poured into a pan with the oil. Sorting mushrooms. Bake in a preheated oven at 150-160 C until browned mushrooms.
