Fritters - II type

Ingredients
500 g yogurt
5 eggs
1 cup (200 g) sugar
flour for soft dough
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
salt
vegetable oil for frying

Method
In yogurt mixed baking soda and sugar, then add the beaten eggs, salt and flour. Knead dough, softer than Banichan. It drained peel, 0.5 cm thick, which are cut into lozenges. Fry in preheated oil and served hot with yogurt.
