Moroccan macaroons

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
20 g baking powder
250 g sugar
200 g butter
3 eggs
100 ml sunflower oil
vanilla sugar
100 g chopped walnuts
100 g coconut stargotini
Method
Flour sifted with baking powder. Sugar is ground with the butter and one by one add the eggs, the oil, vanilla sugar, nuts and coconut. Knead the flour with no hard dough. Formed into balls, arranged in a buttered baking dish and bake in a moderate oven.
