Mulled wine Vin Brule

Ingredients
750 ml red wine
rind of 1 lemon
1 cinnamon stick
1 clovesche
1/3 cup sugar
Method
All products are mixed in a large saucepan and put on medium stove for a while - just until mixture begins to simmer, not boil. Strain and serve hot.
