Mutton in Irish

Ingredients
500 g mutton
500 g potatoes
250 g onion
salt
pepper
1 bay leaf
pinch of thyme
parsley
Method
Cut the meat into cubes, add salt, sprinkle with black pepper, add most of the chopped onion, bay leaf and thyme. Everything is flooded with water so as to cover, and Dot, boil on low heat. When the meat is tender, add potatoes, diced, and the remainder of the onions. Not to be confused, but from time to time to shake not burn. The potatoes should and are dissolved to obtain a slurry mixture. Finally put parsley. Serve in the same court in which it was prepared.
