Ingredients
90 g butter
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 boiled eggs
pepper, salt
lemon juice of 1 lemon

Method
Rotary fry gently in the butter, then add the lemon juice, chopped chopped eggs, black pepper and salt. Stir the sauce well and serve.
