Orange Charlotte

Ingredients
3 oranges
70 g sugar
4 sheets of gelatin
30 biscuits
300 g cream
# To decorate:
1 orange
green gelatin candy
Method
Two oranges are washed very well and their sheet Grate. The juice of three oranges squeeze and pour into pan. Add the sugar and grated peel. Allow the fire to boil off half. Separately, the gelatin sheets are soaked in cold water, then a one is added to the hot orange syrup so as to melt. Crisp Charlotte is covered inside with aluminum foil. The bottom and the height of the walls rank biscotti. Cream mix with a mixer (about 5-8 minutes) of thick cream. Gradually added thereto well cooled orange syrup. Pour into the gap of the tray of successive layers with remaining ladyfingers, having graduated with biscotti. Sharlotata allowed to stand in the refrigerator until the next day. The elimination of the pan and invert on a plate. Decorate with green jelly.
