Pickled carrots

Ingredients
500 g carrots
1 tsp mustard
wine vinegar
400 ml white wine
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
1 sprig parsley
thyme
bay leaf
1 clove garlic
8 tbsp (80 ml ) sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
Products without carrots and mustard The boiling 1 cup (200 ml) of water, add the cleaned, cut lengthwise carrots and cook until poluomekvane. Remove, arranged on a suitable container, pour in the marinade in which fuzzy mustard and leave to cool.
