Plucks of BBQ

Ingredients
1 lamb veil
1 kg plucks
1 bunch spring onions
mint
pepper
salt
Method
Cut entrails of cubes and mix with chopped onion and mint. Add pepper, salt and wrapped in a veil. Bake on the BBQ until browned.
