Polish Cocktail

Ingredients
100 g of boiled or roasted veal
100 g smoked ham
75 g fresh cucumber
75 g of canned salmon
25 ml lemon juice
25 ml pomegranate juice
50 g mayonnaise
leaves lettuce
Method
Veal, ham and peeled cucumber cut into small cubes. The ingredients are arranged in layers in glass cups on the leaves of lettuce. Top distributes canned salmon. Cocktails are sprayed uniformly with a mixture of lemon and pomegranate juice and pour the beaten mayonnaise. Serve well chilled, garnished with slices of cucumber and lemon.
